PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Upon project award, the General Manager is assigned the responsibility of delivering all the desired outcomes to the client.Our personnel are selected based on their qualifications and experience. In some instances personnel will be transferred between existing projects in order to maximise specific job skills.
OUR RESOURCES
ATM Asphalt is part of the ATM Group of Companies, employing nearly 500 personnel operating a variety of construction equipment, supported by a substantial workshop and maintenance department. All these resources are available to, and for inspection by our clients.
ABILITY TO SUPPLY/SUSTAIN THE NECESSARY PLANT, EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS
SPRAY CREW/TRUCK
This is capable of spraying tack coat to variable widths with additional spray truck available as and when required.
VOGELE 1303-3 PAVER
This is a new state of the art front-line machine capable of paving all roads from sub-divisional to highways. It is equipped with fully automatic sensors and feed controls. This machine is backed up by a two year-old BB 640 Paver, also capable of major highway projects.
COMPACTION EQUIPMENT
This consists of state of the art double drum vibratory steel and rubber tyred rollers.
Our equipment is fully supported by a full range of back up equipment enabling a complete standalone set of all equipment to be available on multiple projects at any one time.
SERVICE STRUCTURE
ATM Asphalt are currently working under contract to Western Australian Local and Federal Governments. As such we have developed a solid understanding of their requirements. This understanding and relationship allows us to deliver all our projects for these clients to or exceeding required expectations.
We pride ourselves on delivering on-time service to all our clients. We are able to achieve this by realistic programming of all required works and utilisation of our plant as detailed to deliver the required outcomes in the timeframe requested. In addition our operations staff inspects all projects before any plant / crew are mobilised to site, and field staff are made aware of all client requirements before arrival on site, minimising down time at the start of projects.
SERVICE PLAN
Our state of the art machines come with comprehensive field support of specialised service staff. In the event of equipment breakdown, ATM Asphalt is supported with:
- Multiple and ancillary plant
- 24 hour in-house float assistance
- 24 hour field service availability
ATM Asphalt can also draw upon specialist resources from within the group, to assist when required.
SUPPORT FACILITIES
ATM Asphalt undertake all projects utilising our own staff, who are trained and assessed as competent in the safe operation of all our plant. This allows us and our clients the confidence that all projects will be carried out safely, efficiently and to all required specifications and requirements.
ATM Asphalt are continually investing into the further training of our employees through our in-house, third party accredited business, ATM Training.
SUB-CONTRACTORS
ATM Asphalt uses only approved contractors with third party accreditation in either quality assurance or, in the instance of transport, HVA with MRDWA, and for Traffic Management accreditation.
No subcontractor will work for ATM Asphalt unless their insurances are deemed current and adequate for the duties performed. Contractors that ATM Asphalt have used in the past, and are on their preferred suppliers list in the above fields, are:

- ATM Line Marking
- Asphalt Transport
- ATM Training
Finally, ATM Asphalt will not and does not use subcontract laying crews to fulfil any part of its laying commitments.
